Refund & Returns Policy

ORIVA Consumer Products Limited is committed to providing high-quality products and complete customer satisfaction. To ensure fairness and prevent misuse, all refund and replacement requests must be supported by a recorded unboxing video.

1. Eligibility for Refunds & Returns

You may request a refund or replacement if:
 

  • A clear and continuous unboxing video is recorded at the time of opening the package.

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

  • The request is made within 2 days of delivery.

  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
     

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable.

2. Unboxing Video Requirement

To process any claim, the unboxing video must:
 

  • Start before opening the parcel.

  • Continue without cuts or pauses.

  • Clearly show the package, product, and any defects or damage.
     

Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be approved.

3. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

  3. Inspection
    Once received, the product will be checked against the video and physical condition.

4. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: Up to 14 working days after approval.

5. Non-Refundable Items

  • Items without an unboxing video

  • Sale or clearance products

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Used or damaged items not caused during delivery

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If verified by the unboxing video, customers may choose:

  • Replacement, or

  • Full refund

7. Shipping Charges

  • Customers pay return shipping unless the product is defective or incorrect.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

8. Policy Updates

ORIVA Consumer Products Limited may update this policy at any time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date.
