Warehousing Facility
Engineered for Scale, Built for the Future
As part of a strategic public-private initiative, Aridnut was awarded a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) contract by the Madhya Pradesh Warehousing & Logistics Corporation (MPWLC) — a landmark step that enabled us to build and manage one of the region’s most robust agri-logistics infrastructures.
Spread across 7 acres of leased land, we have successfully constructed and operationalized 11 modern warehouse sheds with a total capacity of 53,000 metric tonnes, strategically located across 4 key logistics hubs in Madhya Pradesh.
Built to Store. Operated to Serve.
These warehouses are now fully equipped and functional, adhering to FSSAI and MPWLC norms. Once the 15-year operating term concludes, ownership will be transferred back to the state authority — but until then, we manage them with industry-grade precision, offering storage and movement for bulk agri-commodities including:
-
Paddy
-
Wheat
-
Fortified Rice (FRK)
-
Maize, Pulses, and Other Grains
-
Dry Spices & Oilseeds (Cumin, Mustard, Soybean)
